Ash's Pokedecks said that Metapod evolves fast. Ash said Metapod will evolve into the next stage quick. Ash couldn't wait until Metapod evolved. The next day Metapod evolved into Butterfree. Before Caterpie evolved into Metapod, Ash caught Pidgeotto. The next day Ash was trying to catch Weedle, but this boy was looking for the Pokemon trainers from Palet Town. Ash was a Pokemon trainer from Palet Town. He had failed all the other Pokemon trainers that he fought.
He would win the battles that he fights, but he didn't. He also didn't beat Ash.
